Important
These steps apply to both the Workstation Launcher and IT Workstation Launcher.
Prior to uninstalling the Omniverse Launcher from your computer, complete the following steps:
Ensure that any/all data stored within Nucleus Workstation has been safely backed up, if applicable. While this data is typically stored in the default directory:
c:\users\[username]\appData\local\ov\data
, the location may vary if it was customized during the initial Nucleus Workstation installation.
Note
The data stored in the path above is in the Nucleus database format. To back up the raw files themselves (USD files, image files, etc.), use Nucleus Navigator to copy these files from within Nucleus to a storage location of your choice.
